The building is very dated and needs major renovations. It's the lowest cost hotel to stay at in Miami Beach and there is a reason for that. Basically, based on the activity in the lobby, it felt like Spring Break and it felt like nobody worked there. Parking is a nightmare at valet in front. Room had stains on the walls and the tile floor was gross and dirty. Floor 17 looked like it hasn't been painted and refurbished in 30 years.
