Kids were running around after hours. I was going to say something because we had to get up at 6 am to catch our train. It was loud til around 3am. Must have been a hockey tournament. The kids were all in the pool area wasn’t able to use the pool or hot tub. O was wondering where their parents were

The staff was very knowledgeable, the hotel was very clean plus smelt very nice and the breakfast was good. Lots of options for shopping at the outlet mall. Was exactly what we needed to relax. Always a bonus with free parking in Ottawa.

Breakfast is very crowded because it's just 1 long counter.. All the rest is good shower water pressure was low.. Good hotel very well placed would return
