The grounds and building were amazing! The food was local, delicious and affordable. Santo was so helpful. It was our favorite place in Italy!

Probably the most amazing place we have ever stayed. It is stunningly beautiful and oozing with charm. Our apartment was amazing and as for the courtyard, words are not enough. We ate there both evenings simply because the atmosphere was magnetic, the food great and Santo was a gem. We loved his sense of humour and amazing hospitality. Not a place we will ever forget. It was a privilege to be swept up in Borgo del Carato' s absolute charm.
