This was one of the most uncomfortable hotel stays I’ve had. The beds were tiny twin beds, more suitable for children than adults, and the mattresses were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Getting a good night’s sleep was almost impossible. To make things worse, the room had no air conditioning. When I called the front desk to ask about it, the staff simply responded that they never said the room had A/C — no apology, no solution, and no effort to help. The lack of professionalism and basic customer care was extremely disappointing. The situation was so uncomfortable that I decided to leave the hotel early, even though my stay was already paid for. The hotel refused to offer any refund, which made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, this stay did not meet basic comfort standards, and the poor service made it worse. I would not recommend this hotel.
