The hotel was pretty nice, in good condition and a convenient location close to Time Square. I thought it was rather expensive.

I want to start by saying, we arrived very early before check in and they were able to get us in a room quickly. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked. We were there during 100* weather. We realized the toilet did not work and contacted the front desk at 5:10 pm…we were told nothing could be done until 9 am the next day. Couldn’t even change rooms. The refrigerator in the room froze our drinks and they exploded. That said, staff was very nice and the continental breakfast was good.
