Hotel needed upgrades. Room clean, however, outdated. Bathroom requires work. TV out for the night but front desk said it was being worked on. Had picture for ten minutes. If management invested money into the rooms would be nice place to stay. Breakfast on upper deck was good but limited choices. Location was good. I think they're on the right track for decorating but seriously needs work

Delicious pie ala mode in the evening and a great breakfast w specialty coffees on the rooftop deck with ocean views. Room ok, clean with a comfortable bed. Must be ambulatory to stay here, lots of stairs. Staff very nice and helpful.
