My parents stayed at this hotel and both of them fell in the slippery bathtub. My dad is badly injured with possible broken ribs. They complained to mgmt. I, their daughter, will be flying to pick them up as they are unable to continue their vacation and contacting a lawyer as well.

Very poor food quality for breakfast. Room was in poor condition-rusty plumbing, dirty bathroom floor, roughly patched walls. At first requested accessible room and were placed in second story room too far for my wife to walk on crutches. The room also had only a conventional bath tub, not accessible to injured guest. Switched to better located room but it was in poor shape. One staff member was not particularly friendly or helpful at check in. Second staff member was fine with handling request to change room.
