My room was clean and had plenty tea , coffee and water. Not sure what was going on with heating but had to ask for a heater which I was told I could ask for. Did not have breakfast or use the bar so cannot comment on these.

I stayed earlier this year, 2026, and had a good time but this one night volunteer business trip was a disaster. A freezing cold room all the time , male staff who had extreme right wing views and a night receptionist who used son and mate to an intersex/ non binary person despite the fact the hotel was advised of invisible disabilities and the use of female pronouns as mate and son are masculine pronouns which is disrespectful and discriminatory for the night reception male team member.
