My booking got canceled last miniute with no information about such given to me before my arrival, very hard to get refund back which I am still waiting for

The windows in the room didn’t close as the handle was broken off. The hotel is on a busy street so with the windows open it was really noisy all the time The blind in the window only covered 3/4 of the window so the light from the street lamps illuminated the room all the time The room was noisy and light which made sleeping very difficult. Which the main function of a hotel room The hotel doesn’t have a front desk so nowhere to get it rectified Hallway was dirty and littered post

Honestly, this is just the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. First of all, there is no reception desk, so you have to put in a door code to enter the building and then another door code to access your room. I would understand if this was a short-term solution due to renovation, but I have stayed here multiple times now over the past 2-3 months and there never appears to be any renovation going on, so this just seems like a money-making scheme. Second, it is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to contact someone from the hotel, so if there's any kind of problem accessing the room, there's little you can do. The rooms are also rather uncomfortable - the windows are so thin that you can hear everything going on outside, the bathrooms are outdated, the space feels cramped. Honestly, go spend your money elsewhere, this place is ridiculous, I recommend the hotel just down the street Church Street Hotel.
