The staff make this place shine, even more than the ambiance (which is clearly a rightful draw). They make a heartfelt effort to make this a good experience for everyone.

Location was great, but the AC control was not working and it was warm in our room upon arrival. And the windows don’t open. I found the bed and pillows uncomfortable, but my husband said they were ok. Decor and ambiance was nice and what we expected and a fun change from modern hotels.
