Needs updating. Rooms were not very clean.

Staff were courteous and helpful yet we asked for 3 single beds and were given a double and a single. Persevered and staff ensured we had three singles. Was disappointing as had emailed hotel earlier in week asking if 3 single beds as query from automated check in form. Didn't receive a reply. Room was clean and tidy, quiet, toilet seat was wonky

Such a sweet, small but modern hotel Perfect place to stay and explore London as it has great tube connections Staff are super friendly and welcoming Would definitely stay here again
