Attempted to check in and no one was at desk and front door was locked. After an hour and several phone calls a woman answered the door and said the place was full even after looking at my reservation itinerary. Had to go to a different hotel.

Room was cleaned and the staff was very friendly,kind and very helpful. The staff even let me know that I could have stayed longer at my room which was very thoughtful but I didn't stay longer.
