Staff was not friendly or professional. The manager hung up on one of my colleagues that was trying to pay over the phone for additional rooms. No cleaning service for the 10 days that we were there and provide only one roll of toilet paper per week.

Manger is very rude. When I called front desk and asked about my husbands firearm to see policy she instantly started cursing I had to correct her and tell her to not speak to me in that manner as it's unprofessional and she hung up.
