The building was rundown and the area was not safe. The door was hard to open. Usually hotel rooms have a deadbolt lock and this room did not.

We booked a night and when we arrived for the stay at 8:30 pm there was no one in the office to give access to the room. They still charged us for the room even though we had to get another hotel room. We called Hotels.com but they were unable to get our money back. We were disappointed with the hotel and that Hotels.com could not help us resolve the problem.
