Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform NOX Hyde Park of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that for bookings of 3 or more rooms, the first night is taken as a nonrefundable deposit for each room booked. Photo ID (a driving license or passport) is required at the time of check-in and must match the card used at the time of booking. The card used at the time of booking is required at the time of check in. Renovation work is done From 1st February 2023 until 1st of December 2024. there will be some renovation works at the hotel which can cause some disturbance during working hours.
