Loved the accessible room. Appreciate vinyl floors when traveling. We didn’t really need the kitchen but it was huge, with full sized fridge and 2 burner stove. Appreciated the night light in bathroom. We were too tired to go out and could not find pizza place that delivered, so we appreciated the $6 Lean Cuisine options at the “market” but felt the $5 microwave popcorn and $5 ice cream bars overpriced. Breakfast was instant oatmeal, waffles, cereal, breads, some fruit - a bit lighter than expected. Also surprised that overhead guests’ walking sounded so loud, esp at 4 am. All things considered, it was a good overnight stay for the price.

I didn’t get to stay there this time because I had to get a refund for my stay unfortunately because the hotel was overbooked and it was Hotels.com’s mess up with that. After clarifying the details with both the Hotel and Hotels.com, I am still waiting on my refund which would take 5 to 7 business days. I have not received my refund yet and it has been five days. I do plan on taking action with Hotels.com. Only if I do not receive the refund by the end of the week, which will be the seven full days. Next time I stay at this property, I will be booking directly with that hotel chain. It really makes me scared to use Hotels.com after this mess that Hotels.com has caused. Like I said it was not the Hotel’s fault it was solely Hotels.com’s fault. But the hotel property in which the booking was supposed to be out as wonderful. I’ve stayed there before and I loved it and I hope to stay there again really soon. I also feel really safe with this hotel too which is very important, especially as a female traveler

There was not always someone at the front desk. This is an extended stay so there was lots of different and strong cooking smells in the halls. Our room appeared clean and the beds were comfortable but we had friends with dirty rooms upon check in. Breakfast was very minimal with one waffle maker and some bagels and yogurt. We likely wouldn’t stay here again.
