Room was clean and had air conditioning. Very comfortable bed. Minor, but very frustrating issue: the showerhead was too heavy or the mounting too loose to stay at any usable angle, instead it was always pointing at the wall with the shower controls. Had to use one hand to hold the showerhead in position and another to wash. Location is great if you use local buses. Otherwise it's a difficult walk to both the main train station and bus terminal. Beeakfast was ok, although I personally need some getting used to sweet cakes for breakfast, and coffee on order (no extra cost) instead of a buffet. But that's the Italian way I guess.

Friendly, helpful, family run hotel provided a home for our stay in Perugia. My only disapointment was the restaurant was closed on Sunday night, but that was the ONLY problem. Everything else was as one would expect of a family hosting a family of strangers in their house, Excellent! Charlie from Portsmouth NH
