This was the worst hotel/motel/resort I have ever stayed in. There was no room service, the rooms had no keys and did not lock, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and I found a spider crawling in the bathroom. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Started at check in. Communication was difficult to nearly impossible due to language barrier. Requested a second key and was refused. They stated not available. Room was terrible. On entry you could smell pot. Stains and cigarette burns on the bed sheets and mascara on the pillows. Kitchen items were tumble stacked and not clean. Mop and bucket in the middle of the floor in the bathroom floor. Smoke detector on the night table. We saw enough. Returned their precious key and went to a hotel in Red Deer. I didn’t even bother complaining to the front desk as they didn’t understand English anyway A disgusting motel. The good reviews for this hotel are clearly misleading.

Worst stay ever in my life. I expected cheap but this was ridiculous. Broken furniture, dirty and appliances are from a thrifty shop. The coffee maker didn't even match the pot. A small human could fit in the tiny shower with mold but not an average person.
