The rooms in the 3rd floor don't have a window, so is like entering a sauna. Is pretty much impossible to sleep due the hot weather and no circulation of air. I've never experienced something like this. Is literally entering a sauna

If you get to the rooms upstairs is very nice. Very well located, and people who meet and work there are very friendly

Staff were not friendly. Originally put us into a basic room which we paid for a better room. They were unhappy about moving when we complained.
