The check in counter girl at night was extremely rude and unhelpful. The other guys in the morning were pretty friendly. Everything in the hotel is very good. Some amenities were not maintained at night but were okay. The people staying here cannot read or need more education. One guy started talking on the phone loudly at 5 AM.

This property is conveniently located near North Station and a Dunkin Donuts. The wooden pod beds and bunk beds are clean. Lockers with your own lock are present. I was able to store some bags, also. Front desk staff members were friendly and helpful. The property has a cool modern woody minimal pastel aesthetic. The lounge on the seventh floor enables guests to chill out while enjoying treats from a vending machine. I stayed and then came back for another stay as I was satisfied with the property.
