There was only one staff member that did the breakfast and then cleaned the rooms. She was fantastic very friendly. But the was they check you in for this hotel is absolutely ridiculous!!! I got an email a few hours before check in i was told to go to a different hotel to check in and pick up keys. We finally got through all the doors for this hotel and got into our room. We had one working plug socket that was in the bathroom. Holes in the wall that had tissue paper in them to block them up. And something weird happening with the wall. On the plus side the beds were comfotable and the tv, i was able to connect to my netflix to watch english tv. I was eaten alive in the room as well by mosquitos. And the photos of the hotel on here really nothing like the room we got. I was very disappointed.

We had booked 2 rooms at this place and upon arrival got separated into 2 diffeeent hotels, where people could just walk into our rooms. Further there was construction works happening throughout our stay making it very unpleasant on top of an extremely rude mad who checked us in. The room was tiny and flooded when you showered. Do not stay here and I will never be back

Be aware the key pick-up is in completely different location (not exactly the safest either - we weren’t accosted by anyone, and was fine/got used to it by the end of our trip), but you aren’t informed until the day of, where key pick up is (a 7 min walk from where you’re staying).The room was fine, but the windows weren’t sealed properly, and the sink leaked at the bottom of the bowl. We were fortunate it didn’t rain for the window issues. (You could tell they slapped these rooms together quickly). The breakfast is at the key pick-up place, so we didn’t get to utilize the breakfast as we had plans. However I appreciated the hot water on demand and close proximity to the train station. If you’re a hoity-toity traveller (looking for 5-star type stuff), this place isn’t for you. I did try messaging the staff through the app (I didn’t have an italian number to call) and never received a response. All in all, it wasn’t bad.
