This brand new loft is ideally situated on W Hancock Avenue in the heart of downtown Athens! This unit is perfect for game days, Parent's Weekend, or a fun getaway. There is no on-site parking offered, but there is ample street parking and surface lots near by. This was our favorite Vrbo we’ve done! The shower and bathroom are top notch, great location, the kitchen area is so cool!Couldn’t have been happier!

Wonderful one-bedroom in the heart of awesome downtown Athens.Within walking distance to restaurants, UGA campus, etc. If there was a designated parking space for this location it would be perfect plus.
