The initial entrance is tricky because you need the key fab (which is in the room you don’t have access to yet) in order to enter the building, use the elevator, or the stairs. The condo itself was fine, although the listing said there was sofa bed, this was not true. There was a sofa but it did not convert into a bed which was very disappointing. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was terrible. It was clean, it was a great location, it was safe, but the details listed and the poor chat communication with the host team was disappointing.

The unit was clean and was in good condition upon arrival. The communication on how to access the unit along with parking pass information was well outlined and easy to follow. The location was safe and gave easy access to restaurants. I was not a fan of the mattress. It was sufficient, but not as supportive as I would have liked. The walls in the unit were thin. You could hear noise from outside of the unit all night. I would recommend having a charging station somewhere within the unit that has USB and USB-C ports. Beware that the owner is strict on the non-refundable policy. We had to leave a day early due to a weather state of emergency and our flights were changed. The owner was not willing to make any exceptions to refund us for the unused day. It was disappointing knowing that the change was due to no fault of our own and we were still charged for the full price of the stay. The owner was fully aware of the storm coming because several times throughout the stay I received text messages instructing me on what to due inside of the unit to prevent the pipes from freezing, none of which were required on the stay policy. We would have been better off staying in a hotel.

Clean and safe. Need more towels. Need more Fobs for entry and elevator use (at least 2). Instructions were cumbersome to read in the app.
