This was a nicely kept, recently renovated room and bathroom. However it was small with limited space to hang or unpack clothing. There were limited amenities, no Kleenex, for example, and there was not even a chair to sit on, just the bed. It had a very nice, clean, newly renovated kitchen where you could make coffee or cook if you wanted. It was in a great location with easy access to Wrigley Field and many restaurant choices. If I were only staying one or two nights, it would have been perfect. For a longer stay, it was a bit limited. Communication with the owners was easy, and the electronic access was very convenient.

Exactly what we expected based on what we were told. Clean room and quiet. Great location and great value. Cheesie's and Ann Sathers nearby a bonus. No coffee service but many options in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.
