This is a facility airb&b style where you have to check in previously to your arrival. You don't have a desk or a clerk to interact with. .You need a code to open the entrance door or your room door. This is not a regular hotel. I didn't know how to request anything. The facility was nice and clean, but customers need to be inform of this particularity.

Great place and great price. Very nice inside as shown in photos and located in a nice area walking distance to many historical places as well as good places to eat.
