The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. In particular, Maria speaks excellent English and she is happy to help you with any questions and recommendations during your stay. The breakfast buffet is big and delicious, with a variety of fresh food and drink for any taste. We have teenagers and the staff was very accommodating to the kids. The hotel itself is large and easy to find, in a nice neighborhood with plenty of parking, and very safe. The area is well-located for day trips to other places - the mountains, the city, and even the coast (like Venice). We were there during the heat wave this summer and they had air conditioning. We would definitely stay there again!
