This property does not have elevators

If I could give zero stars, I would. The side door to the building wouldn’t lock so anyone off the street could have walked in at any time, the door frame to our room was off, so we couldn’t secure the door properly, no smoke alarm, exposed wires, no shampoo, no breakfast, and no fresh coffee in the morning. Do not stay here!

Exceptional level of professionalism from all staff members. Room service was the greatest I have experienced in a longer time. Excellent hotel and an awesome stay.
