Very friendly staff. Slight delay with computer on check-in so she upgraded our room for free. I accidentally booked this hotel instead of the Holiday Inn and Suites next door and am very glad we did. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Probably the best night sleep in a hotel I have ever had.

Many of the things in the room did not work Remote (replaced with one from Front desk) Heater (cold night and heater was blowing cold air so we shut it off. Couldn't get it to blow hot air at all so shut system down) alarm clock- couldn't shut off the alarm kept going off so we unplugged that unit Rattling noise all night in room we were in.
