Great hotel. Food was lovely, the pools were great for the kids. Could have hosed down the floors around the pools at night. The look a bit grubby but overall it’s a great hotel for the family. Plenty of entertainment on the evening for the family. All inclusive room was fantastic for extra food and drink outside of meal times. Would go again.

The property is a good 3 star hotel. The superior room was clean, bright, airy and above all, comfortable. The view from the room was also decent. We went all inclusive and had a very good deal so the food and drink options were great for us, but I'd be disappointed had I paid more. Often the lunch/dinner service was limited to around 5 or 6 hot food trays and resulted in large queues forming - yes even in December. There was a large selection of drinks available, though most of which you had to pay for ON TOP of your all inclusive fee which I found very poor. Also, the all inclusive drinks end at 11pm, which was very disappointing as most shows didn't start until 10pm! They advertise their "all in premium" package everywhere - an excellent money making idea to offer the all inclusive package people think they already have but charge them more! If you're thinking of travelling all inclusive I would highly recommend finding a drinks menu and being aware of 11pm cut off before you book! Overall happy with our stay as we had a very good deal for what we had.
