This property does not have elevators

Absolutely abhorrent room. The non smoking room I requested, smelled like stale cigarettes. Curtains were dilapidated. Toilet was dirty and would not flush. Bed sheets had holes in and stained. The towels provided were dirty and one of the washcloths was actually a terry cloth you would use for dusting. I was willing to looknpast all that due to being tired and traveling all day, but then there were roaches. Not just one or two. MULTIPLE. Just a dirty place. After attempting to contact general manager for new room with no success, I had to just leave.

Really bad place, roaches everywhere, humid, smells really bad , walls have mold, restrooms falling apart, not safe at all, the room they gave me had another door to access the next door room and it didn’t even had a lock on it, only 2 rusty screws that can easily be kicked in even by my 7 year old, I ask to be moved to another room, they finally gave me another one but the only difference was that it didn’t have another door to access the next door room but the conditions were the same
