We arrived early and they found a room for us to check into which was nice. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The remote control for the TV was missing, the body soap dispenser was empty and the light around the mirror in the bathroom didn't work. They were quick to get me another remote and bring soap. The next morning they were out of a lot of food for breakfast. Poor planning by whomever does the ordering is my guess. There was a mat in the elevator that was very dirty. It seems that there is a lack of attention to maintenance and care about the place. I've had much better experiences with other Holiday Inn express hotels so this was disappointing. Good location and the staff was helpful.

When we were going for breakfast there happened to be the same time as 4 or 5 rooms. We did have to wait, but the staff didn't hesitate and food was fresh and the wait worth it. I don't know how the staff could do better without ESP.

The heater kept the room warm. The breakfast was ok. The “mural” in the lobby was detached from the wall in one place about 3 feet. The furniture was missing knobs. Some of the electrical outlets did not work. The bed was clean and comfortable. The pillows were comfortable. The box springs had no cover. There was a large red stain on the carpet in my guest room. The wall in the bathroom was horribly patched. The tub was badly stained. No internet. The “spring decor” in the lobby made it look like a preschool. The ironing board wouldn’t stay in the closet on its own.
