I've stayed at Donald Gordon Hotel and Conference Centre on a semi-regular basis over the last 8 months, and I always look forward to my stay. The rooms are immaculate in cleanliness; the beds are large and comfy, and the linen and towels are in fine condition. I especially appreciated the attentive staff who were both professional and warm. Upon arrival, I always got a nice greeting from Evan, and other staff members, including Michael, were always quick to see that I had everything necessary for a great stay. One of my most consistent requests - for an electric kettle in my room - was graciously accommodated to the point where the kettle was waiting for me, in my room, even before I checked in. Though I'm not a regular breakfast person, and missed this meal on most occasions, I was often able to grab a healthy bite on my way out: a piece of fruit suited me just fine, but the hot breakfast is a real selling point for this hotel, and should not be missed.
