This elegant hotel is located north of the city, a 10-minute drive from IFEMA Convention Center and with direct access from the M30 motorway. When we arrived they assigned us a room with the toilet dirty . We returned to reception and we were assigned to an upgraded room, we found out that the shower handler was not working , we complained with reception again and they assigned us another regular room that was for a handicap person. In the next day when we returned we found out that the room was not clean, they just did the beds and replaced towels. When we left we asked for 1 hour more for the check out and the lady at the reception was very rude and said we are totally booking no extension. So very bad experience with this hotel, we will never return because of the above experience. I'm not recommend this hotel
