Make sure when you book your room you don't make the mistake I did and miss the word "accessible" in the listing, because it is a handicapped room. Only a shower, no couch, on only some floors. Second, when we got into the room, the toilet seat was down, when we lifted it, the toilet had not been cleaned, and the person who used it last, really used it. But the staff did clean it for us and gave us a free night, so they did their part to rectify their error. I will give them that. After that poor start, the rest of the visit was above average. They gave us free drink tickets for the in-house restaurant and the food was very good.

Staff was friendly. If you have mobility issues and or need help with your luggage it’s better to choose a different hotel. The handicap parking was full the entire 4 nights we were there and we needed assistance with our bags and were out of luck.
