Very good 4 star hotel and deserves a high rating. Only issue was the bathroom layout which did not suit our circumstances (friends, not a couple). Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s in a good location and we easily walked to everywhere we wanted to go. Pros: Excellent staff. Friendly, helpful and efficient. We booked a standard twin room. Room was a fairly good size. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. (Only one bedside table though). There are powerpoints by the beds. Daily housekeeping if required. There is a fridge and minibar. Complimentary water. Tea and coffee making facilities are in the room. Shower was a good size and water pressure excellent. I would rate the breakfast 4/5. No hot food other than boiled eggs, but there was fresh fruit, salad vegetables, nuts, cold meats and cheeses, cereals, pastries and a coffee machine. Cons: Room overlooked an alleyway which had a neon light that stayed on all night. Blind was not blackout so the room was not dark for sleeping. The bathroom set up provides no real privacy. See pictures. There was a nook with a sink and the shower and toilet either side with a frosted glass door each. The proximity to the beds meant you could hear everything when the other person was on the toilet! The frosted door also meant if you went to the toilet during the night and turned on the light the whole room was lit up. Toilets need solid doors! Also breakfast starts too late, not till 8am.
