My husband (68) and I (58) stayed for five nights, and were very pleased all the while. Great breakfast, helpful staff - very clean and fresh room. We loved the attitude; respect for all, be kind, take care of the planet. This concept is great. Also, the location was perfect. Thank you for a great stay!

The room and communal areas were spotless. We didnt use the spa or breakfast facilities so can't comment on those. Our only regret was that we didn't go for a room with a view and had a room at the back which faced the wall and was a bit dark. Also, would be great if the skybar was open a bit later and was a bit bigger as it did get crowded and the bar downstairs wasnt open. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel has a fantastic location for exploring Bilbao.
