When we checked into our room it was filthy. The maid hadn’t cleaned it yet. Then we had to wait another 30 minutes for them to “find”a room. It was just not handled properly. You could tell the communication was not going well between employee's . I realize they are new, hopefully they will work out issues.

Staff was courteous. The room was nice. One odd thing was that there were no trash cans in the bathroom. And there was no ice bucket in the room

The room was spotless and the decor was very modern. The check in staff were very nice.
