This property does not have elevators

I knew from the price it wouldn’t be great, we just needed a place to crash after a concert because we lived out of town. But the condition of this place was BAD. The toilet wasn’t even properly mounted to the floor and would wiggle and slide with every movement. There was literally a piece of wood or sheet rock or something holding up the front of the bathroom counter. Countless areas covered in crappy patch jobs with spackle all over the place. The sink wouldn’t turn off all the way unless cocked just so off balance. I wouldn’t have had the nerve to rent that room to ANYONE regardless of the price.
