I had a bad check-in experience with a very rude, impatient Scandinavian woman at the front desk. She is a pretty blonde who looks like she's in her 40's. Avoid her if at all possible. In addition to being rude, she's negligent . She twice left the door to the stored luggage room unlocked. If you leave your stuff there, it isn't safe.

The bathroom wasn’t clean. Long dark hair on the floor and sink. The extra pillow was very dirty and didn’t have a pillow case
