This property does not have elevators

Location is great. Room was good. Bed was huge and comfortable. Communication was not always clear. There were coffee machines out in the common areas but it was always cold. I did not know if the hotel staff made it or if I was supposed to make it. No indication there. Basically I was not able to enjoy a morning Coffee there. I went to next door cafe Paseo which is great.
