The room had visible mold, and was filthy. I pulled back the linens to check for bed bugs, and the mattress was old, worn out, and filthy. There was hair on a pillowcase, and the sheets had stains. The mirror had some sort of spray-residue dried on it. When I tried to get a refund for the stay, the manager refused because I had been there 90 minutes and “the bed was laid in.” I was on a business call for 60 of the 90 minutes, and while I was changing for a meeting after that was when I noticed how gross the room was. I spill some water on the floor, and used a washcloth to clean it up. The washcloth was gray-brown after. Also, the floor had an obvious ‘gritty’, not-clean feeling.

Like I said in my last review, places is awesome. No bugs cleanliness is really good. Housekeeping comes every day if you want love this place and I stay weeks at a time on my business trips and for the price you cannot beat it.
