First time ever having had a bad experience at this hotel, which we travel to on a very regular basis. Normally I get a room with two queen beds, this time we got a room with one king bed due to availability. The bed was terribly uncomfortable; the mattress felt like it was really cheap and old and had all kinds of body shaped dips and grooves in it. We were next to the front desk and we heard people checking in all night while we were trying to sleep. We go to bed at 6 PM and get up at 2:30 AM to get on the road and we were not able to get to sleep until approximately 12:30 AM. The guy next-door, to which we somehow had an adjoining room, was yelling at his girlfriend until midnight and we heard every word, even with our fan on. We had a terrible night, completely exhausted when we checked out at 4:00 AM. Also, there is never coffee in the morning. I do not understand this. Every other hotel that we have ever stayed in has had complementary coffee at all times of the day. This really needs to change.

Check in was easy. The staff were courteous and accommodating. There were some dark spots on the rug near the desk, but not bothersome. Otherwise, the room was clean and fresh. Complimentary breakfast was very good and appreciated before we got on the road again. We were traveling with 2 large dogs which are very well behaved. We did have to pay $75 more for the dogs which I found to be a bit excessive for a one night stay.
