I made a reservation through Hotels.com, 3 days in advance. The night before our travel I received an email from Windham rewards confirming our reservation but it was for a smoking room not Non-smoking. I called the hotel phone number in the email and the woman who answered told me they had no reservation and the hotels.com wasn’t a legit 3rd party booking. (Even tho my email was from windham rewards.). I asked her manager to call me but that I had no confidence in this transaction so to cancel it if it ever came up on their system. I waited for his call on the day of travel, meanwhile I made another booking with another hotel. I finally got a call from the manager at 8pm the next night when I did a survey of the hotels.com booking. He proceeded to scream at me over the phone and then hung up on me. I would have slept in my car rather than stay here!

Room looked cleaned went to the bathroom there was hair in the tub and on the floor as well as the sink, when I removed the cover a cockroach was crawling in the bed
