This property does not have elevators

Parking was great, easy to access, check in was simple and quick. Room was okay, no shaving plug in bathroom to charge toothbrush which for us unfortunately needed charging. The biscuits were a nice touch as they were freshly made. Milk for tea and coffee limited and we had to ask for more which was provided by reception. Comfortable bed and we slept okay but no air conditioning, in the summer I can see this being more of an issue. No wardrobe or draws in room apart from a few hangers on the wall so we had to leave our bags packed. Breakfast was nice, you get filter coffee but there is an additional charge if you want a cappuccino which was a first for us.

We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. We walked into Stamford in the evening for drinks and dinner. The breakfast was delicious. We walked around the grounds of Burghley House in the morning which was stunning. Thank you.
