Room absolutely fine, clean and well equipped. Shower quite powerful but shower tray was slow to drain, thought it was going to flood! Tv didn’t work(no signal), mentioned this for 2 mornings until I was moved rooms, new room only had 2 channels! The reason for my stay, was that it was close to QE hospital (5 min drive) where a relative was staying, so definitely could have done with the tv in the evenings to chill.

I booked a double room however, was given a twin bedroom. In the morning 9 am, the cleaner starts to work and knock at the door for two times to avoid late checking out.

I am still waiting for someone to contact me regarding this as I complained when I arrived me nothing happened. Room filthy and mouldy Window would not shut so room was freezing 25 minutes from the markets which was not stated on the website as stated it’s one of the closest hotels Not stated it’s uni accommodation and full of kids Room is not located near any of the facilities Not happy at all And my complaint was ignored
