Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms This property does not have elevators

Very shady management. Checked in with no issues then about an hour later was told that hotels com called the hotel and cancelled my reservation. Which I found out later was not true. I was then told I would have to pay again in order to stay. That goodness hotels com refunded the money I was charged for my stay.
