For the price, I have zero complaints. The staff was friendly and helpful. The main issue with staff, which is really super minor, is that the cleaners didnt seem to have a list of who was checking out, when. They knocked every day for cleaning, instead of waiting until we checked out. But they were nice and it wasnt a big deal. Beds were comfortable, and the room was in good shape. The hot tub was excellent. Breakfast was silly, but at least they have something. And I love that they have coffee and hot cocoa available all day! I travel to Minneapolis several times a year. I'm glad I discovered this place, because I will definitely be returning!

The smoking room was like they didn't even try to air out the room a little or do air freshener. The hot tub was so bad my eyes were burning as soon as i got in and my husband got sick the next morning then in the hospital the next day
