The hotel and staff were great. The room was amazing and clean. Plenty of space. The pool is really small, but nice. Only issue we had was it took an hour to get our car from valet because they were so busy and everyone was checking out at the same time. Oh! And they are going to try and get you to attend a timeshare sales pitch, but they will give you an activity of your choosing for the time. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The room was spacious and very clean. The property itself was in a wonderful location just a short walk to all the attractions. The people at the front desk should all get raises. They answered numerous questions, were always smiling, and knew everything about the city. My first time in New Orleans and had a wonderful time
