I did not use the amenities, but was in town to attend a conference at the convention center. It's very easy to get to (and I was trudging through pouring rain but was able to take an internal walkway almost the whole way). Restaurant options nearby and the hotel was clean, comfortable and staff courteous and helpful. Front desk clerk even gave me a supply of bandaids for my blistering feet!

This was my 3rd time staying here to attend a concert at Van Andel Arena. Absolutely BEST location!
