Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests aged 17 years or younger may stay in private rooms *or exclusively booked dormitories* when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. *Guests aged 14 and under must be accompanied by one or both parents.* Bookings of 6 people or more are subject to different policies and additional supplements will apply: The property has the right *whether to* accept or decline the reservation. A non refundable deposit*to the value of* the first night's stay will be charged *in advance*. The remaining balance will be charged *21 days prior to the check in date*. Being in the same dormitory or room is subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Please inform the property if you will be arriving by coach so they can advise on where to stop and park.
